Background

Sanctum of Horror Haunted Attractions began in 2009 as a home haunt in Gilbert, Arizona, created by the Kaul family. Inspired by their children's visit to a garage haunt, they built their own experience. By 2013, they opened to the public in Mesa, Arizona with a haunted maze, and by 2016, added a second maze, The Breach.

Now, with a team of 25 Halloween enthusiasts and 45+ scare actors, Sanctum of Horror offers classic and sci-fi-themed haunts, along with special experiences like Blackout and Light's On. 

Operating from September through Halloween, it continues to see strong yearly growth, drawing increasing numbers of both local and out-of-state guests. As the only haunted attraction in Arizona’s East Valley, it has built a reputation for delivering unforgettable scares and immersive experiences, making it a must-visit destination each season.

The challenge

Prior to using Beyonk, Sanctum previously managed bookings through another ticketing system. However, as the business grew, it became more pivotal for the business that they needed to find a more adaptable solution.
