Background
Hatter’s Farm, a family-run business in Bishop’s Stortford, has grown from its roots in the early 1900s to become a destination for memorable seasonal events. What began as pumpkin and squash farming in 2015 had evolved into public pumpkin-picking experiences in 2020. Over the years, Hatter’s Farm has expanded its offerings, introducing “Pumpkin Nights” in 2022 and their “Confetti Flower Fields” in 2023, attracting visitors year-round.
The challenge
Hatter’s Farm wanted an easy to use platform with additional features to help with Meta conversions, the ability to adjust time slot capacities, and options for customers to manage their own bookings.
