Spilman’s Farming opened in 1941 and is run by the husband and wife team Richard and Sally, along with two of their three sons Tom and Joss. The farm reaches across 700 acres in the North Yorkshire countryside and offers experiences for ‘Pick Your Own’ fruits and pumpkins.
Several years ago, Spilman’s began selling experiences which first allowed customers to simply walk-in and purchase, however, they later looked into alternatives and decided to invest in online booking.
Prior to Beyonk, they were using another booking system, however, after a few recommendations from the National Farm Attractions Network, the Spilman’s team decided to look into Beyonk as an alternative solution.

Since using the Beyonk booking system, Spilman’s have found their general admin duties has decreased by 20%.
Features that have made a difference to their lives is the ability to check customers in quite easily. Additionally, having access to see who has turned up at a particular time slot and who hasn’t turned up has proved very beneficial. Overall, the Spilman’s team have found Beyonk to be a very good system and simple to use.
