BookingHound’s Customer Support Has Been Very Advantageous to Globalls | Beyonk Blog
Meta description
Discover how BookingHound’s customer support has been incredibly valuable to Globalls.
Globalls is an activity business offering two 12-hole mini golf courses. Situated on the waterfront of Brighton Marina, this wonderfully unique experience is based on aquatic, jurassic, zootopia and carnival themes.
The company began seven years ago when owners Julie and Patrick decided they wanted to create their own business and combine both of their skills, leading to the creation of Globalls. Since then, their experience has continued to grow and become more and more popular to what is now four courses and a cocktail bar.
BookingHound stood out above multiple booking systems
Prior to BookingHound, Globalls didn’t have a booking system in operation, which meant as their activity business became more popular, customers were turning up at all hours, causing very long queues. Because of this waiting time, there were many customer complaints, leading Globalls to look for an online solution that would allow them to avoid this issue in the future.
After reviewing a number of different booking solutions, the Globalls team found BookingHound to be the most suitable.
“At a fundamental level, BookingHound is quite simple to use, particularly for us changing things in the back end. It’s really easy to get your head around especially when we’ve hired new staff members who need to be able to use the system. Overall, it makes everyday management and reporting easier and more efficient.”

When asked what their top tips were for new businesses looking to step into this industry, Charlotte said:
“I would say, think about the product and what you want to offer first. Then make sure you do have a booking system in place as that will immediately set you apart. Utilise the booking system you choose as much as possible, especially with creating specialised offers and discounts to drive more bookings. The important part of the beginning stages is looking at what’s available and how you can use it to improve sales.”
