Below are a list of the most popular challenges and some alternative charity challenge events in the UK to get involved in.

Cycling charity challenge events

  • Cycling London to Paris: A classic route, mostly flat and with stunning cycle paths when you cross the border. Cycling London to Paris can be attempted in 24 hours for the very fit or can be attempted over several days to take in more of the scenery and make it more of an experience.
  • Cycling London to Amsterdam: Another classic cycling route, from London and heading across the border. Again taking in excellent cycle routes with stunning views and a great way to raise money for charity.

Charity abseil events

When fundraising, it’s always good to show off on how scary or challenging your event may be. What better way of doing this than abseiling off a skyscraper or a bridge! Check out our abseiling charity challenge events

Physical Challenges

Looking for something a little different, that’ll shock your friends and colleagues to support your ridiculously difficult-sounding physical challenge? Check out the Artemis Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon, a gruelling multi-sport, single day event just 2 hours outside of Glasgow, which starts off with a 1 mile cold swim in a loch, a 15 mile hike/run over 7 mountains, a 7 mile kayak and a casual 30 mile cycle to top it off! Alternatively, the Prudential Ride London, cycling on closed roads around London and Surrey is an excellent challenge. If you want to go further, try an ultra marathon at one of the Endurance Life Series race events.
