Beyonk wins Innovation of the Year at the AIP Conference for its Visitor-Centric Ticketing™, supporting indoor play providers with smarter booking experiences.

We took home the Innovation Award 🏆

We’re proud to announce that Beyonk has been awarded Innovation of the Year at this year’s AIP Conference and Industry Awards, a huge moment for our team and a real recognition of the work we’re doing to support indoor play providers across the UK.
Being part of the Association of Indoor Play (AIP) means being connected to a growing network of passionate, community-driven soft play and indoor play providers and suppliers who are shaping the future of the industry together.
The support, knowledge sharing and collaboration we see within this group is a huge part of why indoor play is evolving in such exciting ways and we’re proud to play our role in that.

Recognising visitor-centric innovation

The award highlighted our work on Visitor-Centric Ticketing™ (VCT), a core focus for us at Beyonk.
VCT is about all ticketing that puts visitors first. It’s designed to create a smoother experience for visitors, reduce admin for staff, and help venues build stronger relationships with their customers. By making it easier to convert bookings and encouraging repeat visits, VCT supports long-term growth and better day-to-day operations for indoor play businesses.

Highlights from the conference

The day was packed with valuable sessions and insights, with one standout coming from Clare Bailey aka, The Retail Champion, who explored how indoor play providers can build stronger communities and long-term customer resilience.
The talk highlighted how soft play operators must evolve to meet post-Covid challenges such as rising costs, increased competition, and shifting family behaviours. Resilient businesses are those that focus on community-building and delivering consistent, engaging experiences.
This aligns perfectly with Beyonk’s Visitor Centric Ticketing approach for soft play providers as we streamline their customer journey from the very first online interaction, offering easy, mobile-friendly booking, personalised checkout questions and automated emails that set the tone for a great visit.
With tools to manage events, play sessions, parties and more, Beyonk helps businesses become community hubs, while our reporting features help further understand customer behaviour.

A huge thank you

Thank you to the Association of Indoor Play, the judges, and everyone who made the day such a success. It was great to meet so many experts in the industry, hearing challenges and successes, and learn more about where indoor play is heading.
This award is a reflection of what we’re all working toward: a better experience for visitors, and stronger, more connected businesses for the long term.
