About Dolomite Training
I set up Dolomite Training in 2009 and it has subsequently grown into one of the leading outdoor activity companies who are based within the Peak District National Park. I have been climbing, caving and mountain biking since 1995 and am at my happiest when outdoors. I thoroughly enjoy adventures of all kinds and try to have as many as possible wherever i am. I like to meet new people and share my knowledge to allow people to get the most from their experience. Seeing people being challenged and enjoying the experience is what gives me a lot of job satisfaction. All of my staff have a similar outlook and are keen to give you the best day possible whatever the activity.
Booking Policy
These terms and conditions apply to all of our activity based programmes delivered in the UK. You will be asked to sign for these when you complete our booking and acknowledgement of risk form. Please ensure that you have read and understand them.- Course Fees
1.1 – Currently all of prices are exempt of VAT
1.2 – All Course places must be reserved by completing and returning a booking form and paying a deposit of 50% of the course cost for individuals (or 100% if booking within 30 days of the start date) or 25% as a deposit for groups
1.3 – The balance of the course fee is payable 30 days prior to the course commencement date.
1.4 – In the event that the course fee is not paid in full 30 days prior to the course commencement date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the client and re-sell the course place.
Vouchers booked via the Beyonk booking system have the following terms:
- Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Vouchers redeemable online
- Vouchers are single-use with no change given
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Vouchers are not refundable
- Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Cancellation Policy
Custom Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent via writing, we’ll try to resell the space so you can get a 75% refund. If not, 50% of the fee will be refunded before 30 days or 75% for group bookings. If you cancel within 30days, & we’re unable to sell your space, there will be no refund available.
