Starting with the Golden Rules of Foraging with your foraging card, Liz will show you the type of habitat and key identification features needed to confidently identify fungi, herbs and flowers. You will leave knowing some great recipes, folklore and medicinal powers of autumn wild edibles. Tasting wild jams on oatcakes, you will also get to try wild herbs and flowers from around us, not fungi.
