An autumnal experience in the stunning Snowdonia National Park, Wales. Immersed in nature allow yourself to slow down, reflect and energise. A mindful focus, great walking and a sprinkle of life coaching will support your journey.
We will be based at the world renowned Snowdonia Mountain Lodge
Day 1Arrival and check in at our base camp Snowdonia Mountain Lodge in Snowdonia National Park. After a friendly welcome and orientation we will gather for a mindfulness session. We will explore our life balance and recognise some of our deeper needs and dreams. Hopefully, a peaceful nights sleep will follow.
Day 2The day starts early with meditation followed by breakfast (don’t forget to collect your packed lunch). We will then undertake a mindful mountain walk. We love the Ogwen Valley and Cwm Idwal. You will journey through forest, glacial landscapes, historical sites and end at the gentle Llyn Ogwen. In the evening after a nourishing dinner we will explore the themes of change, patience and kindness to self.

Day 3The day starts early with meditation followed by breakfast (don’t forget to collect your packed lunch). Today we will take you on a mindful forest walk. We love the area around Capel Curig and the Crimpiau.
After lunch, inspired by our surroundings, it’s time to identify some small actions that will enhance your well-being and happiness. After a final review we say farewell (transport can be arranged to drop you at your public transport pick-up).
