Highlights

Join me for 4 nights in the beautiful resort of Quinta Do Logo for wellness, yoga, sunshine, great food and wine, relaxation and walks on the Ria Formosa National Park. (optional bike rides).

Arriving from 1pm on Wednesday, your short airport transfer will bring you to the resort. Join us for a late afternoon for a nourishing gentle vinyasa flow. (you can arrive earlier but you accommodation may not be available to for an early check in or you can book an additional nights accommodation - please enquire re costs)

Wednesday Evening: Welcome Reception and Dinner.

Each day there will be a morning energising yoga class followed by a delicous fresh breakfast and an afternoon yin/restorative/mindfulness/yoga nidra meditation class.

Enjoy the day relaxing on the beach, by the pool, book the tennis courts, play golf, walking along the board walk, exploring or join us and hire a bike for a trip to Faro Island.

Sunday
Sunday morning - yoga, breakfast and departures with check outs from 10-12am. Bags can be stored at Reception for later flights.

Ensuite rooms in a luxury accommodation with kitchen, terrace or balcony. Twin, double, single supplement options available subject to availability.

Peak District Retreats
A £75 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations up to 91 days before the retreat start date. The £175 deposit is non-refundable up to 90 days before the retreat date and 100% cancellation fees will apply thereafter.

Algarve Retreats
A £100 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations up to 91 days before the retreat start date. The £200 deposit is non-refundable up to 90 days before the retreat date and 100% cancellation fees will apply thereafter.

Luxury Goa Retreat
A £250 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations up to 91 days before the retreat start date. The £425 deposit is non-refundable up to 90 days before the retreat date and 100% cancellation fees will apply thereafter.
