Allerford Museum home of the West Somerset Rural Life Collection

The Museum is situated in the picturesque village of Allerford famed for its packhorse bridge. The Old School (the last thatched school in the country) houses the West Somerset Rural Life Collection. This tells the story of the life in the homes, farms and businesses of the past in this region.
