We're open on Fridays during term time (Feb - July only) so that school groups are able to visit the farm.

BOOKING
- We offer a discounted rate for school and nursery groups (minimum 9 children) on Fridays during term time only.
- Complimentary entry for 1 adult per 3 children for school/nursery groups ONLY. (Do not add the free adult places to your booking)
- For standard class of 30 children choose "Class Ticket (30 children + 10 adults)"
- For smaller groups, extra children or extra adults you can use individual tickets
REFUND POLICY
- Please READ and CHECK your order at each page of the order process. Due to high demand, we are unable to amend your booking once purchased. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE with absolutely no exceptions. Your ticket is only valid for the session that you have purchased and cannot be used for any other session.

- Our carpark is free to use for our visitors, however spaces are limited and you may need to find parking elsewhere if the carpark is full.

Custom Policy
TICKETS
Tickets are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE with absolutely no exceptions. Your ticket is only valid for the date that you have purchased and cannot be used for any other date.
ADULT SUPERVISION
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible supervising adult who is over 18 years of age. Parents/guardians/supervisors are responsible for their own children at all times.
CASH
Our rides, attractions and kiosks (including animal feeding bags) accept cash only. Please ensure you have cash if you would like to participate or make a purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. FOOD AND DRINK Snacks, drinks, ice cream and hotdogs can be purchased from our kiosk. The kiosks accept cash only. Picnics welcome.
PARKING
You can park free of charge at the farm, however spaces are limited and you may need to find parking elsewhere if the car park is full. Users of our car park do so at their own risk; we do not accept any liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.
DOGS
We do not allow visiting dogs to enter the farm. Please do not bring your dog to the farm.
We reserve the right to escort anyone off the premises who is posing a threat to our visitors or staff members for any reason including the use of threatening or abusive behaviour which may provoke a breach of the peace or disrupt our animals. Please adhere to the health and safety instructions on our signage around the farm. Alcohol and/or illegal drugs must not be consumed on the premises and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs upon entry.
