Start you day by joining us for (optional) a morning wild water dip in the River Dane. It is said that the benefits of wild water dipping include improved circulation, increased energy levels, improved physical strength, and improved mental clarity. Additionally, the sights and sounds of being in nature can have a calming and restorative effect, helping reduce stress and anxiety as we breath ourselves into the refreshing and revitalising flowing waters and once settled (yes having got other the initial shock) allow your heightened senses to take in the views of the beautiful landscape and feel even closer to nature.
Gorgeous home-cooked vegetarian food and plenty of it, combined with fresh air and a chance to explore, can help also to reduce stress levels, and promote relaxation. The stunning location, yoga and mindfulness practices including a mindful walk in the countryside can be calming and uplifting. The weekend provides a much needed physical, mental, and emotional re-charge from your daily life.
Just 45 mins drive from Manchester Airport, 22 min from Macclesfield Station and 1.35 hours from Birmingham airport.
