Modern Ropes courses are purpose built to encourage group work participants must work together as a cohesive team to enable individuals to achieve personal success. These facilities provide a wealth of challenges and allow for participation on a wide degree of levels. The challenges these facilities afford may be both physical and emotional (fear of falling). Participants will frequently encourage and coach their peers through periods of anxiety. Risk is managed by other group members via rope safety systems or by critical spotting (low courses only).
The social and educational benefits include, decision making, risk taking, willingly trusting others, goal setting and improved team performance. Acclimbatize have negotiated access to number of privately owned facilities including high and low ropes courses and zip lines.
