Book a guided tour of the Hemsley Conservation Centre and explore areas behind the scenes! You will get a closer view of our aardwolf* and echidna* receiving a meal, as well as getting a first hand look at our animal feed preparation areas.
Tours last approx 60 minutes and are one on one with a keeper and include General Entry.
We can't guarantee you will see these species on the tour however our keepers will do their best!

Cancellations
Custom Policy
All experience tickets purchased are not for resale, and, save as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Once the experience/tour date has been purchased and booked, it cannot be rescheduled and is non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances: eg: serious illness/injury, pregnancy or bereavement. This is at the HCC’s discretion and proof may be asked for. Once a tour/experience has begun it will be the discretion of the HCC staff to determine if it is possible to join a shared experience once it has begun. If in any instance the experience is able to be re-scheduled, it will be subject to a £25 re-booking fee per participant. A £25 re-booking fee per person is mandatory for no-shows.
