Your Journey to Inner Happiness retreats offer a unique experience, and our goal is to help you to explore and develop your inner potential, enabling you to live a more meaningful and satisfying life. We are passionate about helping you to create lasting change and transformation in your life.
All Journey to Inner Happiness Retreats run for 4 days.
Day 1: Arrival, 3pm Checking-in, introductions, outline programme, group Mind Mediation to clear blockages, stress anxieties and emotional blockages, dinner.
Day 2: Meditation, Cold Water Swimming, walking in nature woodland, stone circle.
Yoga, meditation and personal sessions, dinner.
Day 3: Meditation. Group Belief & Values Coaching, eliciting your own true values.
Yoga, opportunity for private sessions & freedom to roam, dinner.
Day 4: Meditation & closing circle., private sessions, depart.
You will have the opportunity to take part in activities such as Mind Mediation, Yoga, Wild Water swimming, Meditation, Nature walks and Coaching workshops with breathtaking views, soothing sounds of nature and a chance to connect with yourself and with others. The Location boasts some of the most spectacular views in the Lake District, with panoramic vistas over the lake and the surrounding fells. It is an ideal spot for those looking to relax and switch off.

Our coaches will help you to explore your personal development, relationships, communication and mindfulness.We provide a safe, non-judgmental space, where you can explore and identify the root causes of your challenges, and develop the skills and strategies to help you move forward. We offer a unique combination of evidence-based therapies, nature-based activities, mindfulness, self-care practices, combined with a supportive, compassionate, and understanding environment. Accommodation is provided in a variety of options, from Shared spaces to exclusive rooms we have something for everyone.
We have a carefully constructed menu that will help create clarity, freeing your mind from blockages and allowing you to understand your own values & nature-based activities that are varied enough to cover the needs of individuals, groups and corporate teams. This has been created by Kevin Porter a Master NLP Practitioner, Transformational Hypnotherapist, Veteran & Author, with 9 years’ experience of helping transform peoples lives using the tools that helped him transform his from the dark depths of PTSD, anxiety & depression.

⛺ Camping Equipment - Bell tents are available in our Rydal location.
📋 Other - For walking, good quality hiking boots or hiking shoes. I strongly recommend boots as they provide extra support for your ankles. For Wild water swimming, some guests prefer to wear wetsuits and it is strongly recommended to bring a tow float if swimming in open water such as a lake. Also to bring & wear water shoes/boots
