You get to make your very own moulded Belgian Chocolate. You'll learn how to temper chocolate, make fresh ganache, decorate the mould and piping truffles.
ItineraryThis is a hands on workshop. All the preparation, tempering and moulding of the chocolate will be done by all who are participating. You obviously get to take home all the chocolate made on the day. This includes approximately 75 pieces of chocolate.
