Crag 2 Mountain’s Basic Navigation course is your key to getting stared in countryside and moorland walking. If you aren't confident in or would like to learn more about planning walks, understanding the equipment required and navigation skills then the Basic Navigation is the perfect course to learn.
ItineraryA Crag 2 Mountain Basic Navigation experience starts with a friendly welcome from your own personal instructor and a chance to get to know your group. Your instructor will work with you to establish what you would like to achieve from your experience. Followed by a brief introduction talk and an explanation of how the day will run.
Your instructor will guide you through your navigation experience and help you get to grips key navigation skills, covering the learning outcomes along the way.
