Custom Policy

All tickets for Elsham Activity Centre are valid on the date specified only. If you wish to reschedule your visit, you must inform us with 48 hours notice, once you have rescheduled your event, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to cancel your booking, for a full refund we need to be notified 4 working days prior the event, 3 days prior will receive a 50% refund and if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, no refund will be given. If you fail to arrive for your event you will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any booking, in this situation you will be entitled to a full refund. We shall not be liable to any visitor for any loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with or as a consequence of the cancellation of any service provided.
