A truly unique experience, enabling visitors the opportunity to meet with our magnificent Huacaya Alpacas. You will no doubt fall in love with their big deep eyes, inquisitive nature and super soft cuddles.

Our experience is set in the beautiful countryside that surrounds us here at Mill Farm, The tranquil sounds of nature help you to relax and unwind whilst interacting with your new wooly friends. You will have plenty of opportunities to get up close to your Alpaca, feed them and try taking them on a short walk, whilst creating amazing memories and capturing truly unique photographs.

Little Visitors:
Children are more than welcome to take part in our experience and we actively encourage them to get involved.

Our experience is focused around animal interaction which can be unpredictable at times, We strongly believe in the welfare of our animals and will not force them to do something they do not want to. On occasions they may not be hungry or want to walk. We are confident the experience will be a special one nonetheless. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Cancellations

Custom Policy

Cancellations in circumstances other than that of inclement weather on the day must be made no less than 48 hours before the day of your experience. You will be invited to reschedule a maximum of once per booking.

Cancellations under 48 hours cannot be rescheduled and will not be subject to refund except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Woolville Alpacas.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your experience. Where there are other parties booked onto the trek we can not delay the start and we can not return to the start to pick up late arrivals, if you miss the start of the trek you will not be subject to a refund or to reschedule.
