Family Experience Clay Pigeon Shooting (April - Sept)

If you're interested in trying clay shooting for the first time, this is a fantastic option for the whole family.

Two Adults and One Child

Adults Practice 25 Shots & Clays with friendly and qualified professional instruction, including 15 clays for the children.

Then unwind with a sausage or bacon sandwich and a cup of tea or coffee.

Cloudside Shooting Grounds offer one of the most spectacular views of any clay pigeon venue in the UK.

You arrive at Cloudside on the outskirts of Congleton, where you are greeted with breathtaking vistas of the Peak District National Park.

Check in at our lodge, relax with tea or coffee, and enjoy a breakfast sandwich.

One of our experienced instructors will give you a safety briefing, then it's out to the range.

You will enjoy the same stunning views over to the Peak District National Park as you try clay pigeon shooting for the first time.

Aim at 25 clays (15 for the child) as they fly past you in various directions and speeds—you might be surprised at how quickly you pick it up and how many clays you manage to hit on your first try.

People of all ages are welcome from 12 to 100 (we have low recoil options available for anyone of smaller stature).

Gun hire, cartridges, hearing and eye protection, and insurance are all included.

Friends and family are welcome and may take photographs.

The experience lasts between 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the group size.
