Our 1 to 1 sessions are relaxed and friendly and are ideal for cyclists who have never ridden off road before and are new to the sport or just want to “brush up” on their cycling skills. Enjoy and experience the beautiful scenery and great off-road rides around the New Forest and surrounding areas by booking personalised 1:1 cycling delivered through New Forest Cycling Tours. We will give you the essential techniques and expert help to meet your own riding challenges through a positive learning experience in which you can learn and practice with confidence at your own pace. Our approach is more than just “show and tell” instruction – the session is targeted and unique to what you want to achieve. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to boost your confidence to tackle new skills then we can provide you with the know-how to meet your cycling goals. Customised 1:1 sessions mean that you will get the undivided attention of the leader who will tailor every piece of analysis and feedback to you.

What you'll need

Warm Clothing Dependant on weather on the day - additional layers recommended
Waterproofs Dependant on weather on the day - waterproof clothing recommended
Food Refreshments for on-ride refuelling e.g. energy bars
Drink Sufficient water or energy drinks
Other Bikes must be in good safe and working order; puncture repair kit, spare inner tube & bike pump also required. Cycle helmets must be within the manufacturer's warranty period (3 years from the date of manufacture). More details on all the above will be sent after booking has been confirmed

Cancellations

Custom Policy

Cancellation by rider(s): If cancellation is more than 30 days before the activity, you will be eligible for a full refund (less any administration fee incurred for cancellation of transport via third party operators e.g. ferry). Cancel within 30 days of the activity, no refund will be received.

Alternative dates may be able to be agreed at no additional cost but this cannot be guaranteed.

We may have to cancel for unforeseen circumstances e.g. forestry operations, adverse weather conditions. In these circumstances, alternatives dates or a full refund will be offered.
