Step off the grid and into the forest for this weekend woodland retreat. Within this beautifully tranquil setting allow us to take you on a journey of self-discovery. Using a combination of meditation and mindfulness, stillness and movement as well as the powerful yet calming effect of nature we will help you shed the layers and connect with a place of inner calm.
Set deep within the South Hams in South Devon is this totally private secluded woodland oasis. Rustic building made primarily with materials from the woodland itself provides the perfect setting for the retreat. The surrounding private woodland and fields with views over the magnificent River Dart are the perfect companions to your exploration.
We utilise the environment we are in, the earth, the trees, the water and the sky. We also incorporate the powerful element of fire, in our meditation practices as well as in the day to day activities of living in an off-grid camp.
This is the ultimate immersive experience into the unknown within and without.

There is a Japanese concept ‘Ichi go ichi e’ which translates as one time one meeting. Our retreats are based on this concept, we react and respond to what we are presented with on the day and therefore the itinerary provided below is simply an example or guide
