This is a two-day adventure that takes on two of Snowdonia's best scrambles and most thrilling routes, The Snowdon Horseshoe (including Crib Goch) which is one of the UK's finest mountaineering days and the North Ridge of Tryfan a real playground for scrambling. Join this adventure to get introduced to the art of scrambling (the art of hiking across rocky edges with the use of your hands for stabilisation), whilst seeing some amazing views and embracing your inner adventurer. You will need to be active and healthy, expect to be walking upwards of 8 hours a day and have a head for heights. We'll meet in the car park, to introductions of the group and will do kit checks and briefing of what the day will entail. We'll introduce you to scrambling and navigation tactics. he Snowdon Horseshoe route includes the classic ridge scramble of Crib Goch on the ascent to Snowdon and is one of the best mountaineering days in the U.K.
Tryfan, often voted the UK's favourite mountain with walkers is a classic grade 1 scramble, a real challenge and you will walk away feeling more confident on steeper ground and pushing your walking to the next level.
