THERE ARE NO TOILET FACILITIES AT THE CAVE,

the nearest ones are in the main village car park or at the bus station.

The concerts last for approximately 60-75 minutes and are seated for most of the time.

(12 Days of Christmas and Schnee Waltzer excepting!!)

It will be extremely cold in the cavern so dress for the Arctic! You are welcome to bring a blanket.

Cancellations

Custom Policy

Bookings for our Guided Tours can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the activity is scheduled to start.

Bookings for our Carol Concerts can be cancelled or amended up to 30 days before the date of the concert.

All other Concert Tickets are strictly non-refundable unless the event has significantly changed. However, if your event has significantly changed, then you will be informed by email and offered the option to request a refund.
