Itinerary

Whilst we say we start at 10:00 we can of course be flexible for a group booking. We start the day by meeting at the venue and arranging kit, maybe loaning you some climbing shoes and then getting ourselves onto the rock-face. Your instructor will watch you on your first climb and get a feel for where best to challenge you, taking their cue from your previous experience, natural ability and personal goals for the day. Whatever your aims we can help you along, whether some specific movement coaching, understanding rigging systems or just having fun on the rock, it is your day and we are there for you.
