Day 1
We all meet for a quick kit check before walking to a fantastic local restaurant for dinner on the Friday evening, which is included in the trip price. This gives all runners and guides a chance to get to know each other, and ask any questions.
Day 2
We meet after breakfast, and the guides will give a quick explanation of the day ahead. This will of course depend on the weather among other variable factors. Come rain or shine we will head out into the mountains and take in some of the best paths the Chamonix valley has to offer. There will be a refreshment point to give a taste of what the local area has to offer, including a cheese and wine tasting, we conclude the morning with a yoga class for runners, all abilities catered for.
Day 3
Again meeting after breakfast with a quick summary of the day by the guides. This time we head out to explore some other fantastic trails, with breathtaking views. Another awesome refreshment point, and more information about the history, and local traditions of the valley in addition to all the geographic information on the area. The morning concludes with a second yoga session for runners, in front of incredible views of Mont Blanc. The day finishes in time for a quick shower to allow runners to get transport back to the airport, or explore the local area at their own leisure!
