We will practice together in this private secluded woodland oasis allowing you to experience the powerful yet calming effect of nature as well as the benefits of Yoga. Set deep within the South Hams in South Devon is this totally private secluded woodland oasis. A rustic building made primarily with materials from the woodland itself provides the perfect setting for the retreat.
The surrounding private woodland and fields with views over the magnificent River Dart are the perfect companions to your exploration.
No experience of yoga or meditation is necessary, all levels of experience will be catered for on the day. The walk to and from the area where we park the cars is 10-15 minutes and quite steep particularly on the way out, sturdy footwear is advised. The site is totally off-grid and has composting toilets.
Please bring comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather and a packed lunch.

Itinerary

Once we are gathered we will journey together as a group into the woodland, on arrival we will start with tea and an opportunity to settle in. Throughout the day we will undertake movement based yoga (off the mat), mindfulness and guided meditation as well as a yoga nidra practice. We will utilise the environment we are in and there will be both group and individual practices. We will have you back at the cars and ready to drive away by 1600
