Join us for breakfast in the beautiful surroundings of The Kedleston Country House with a glass of champagne. 

So, to begin your experience, start with a glass of fresh fruit juice & a glass of fizz. Then enjoy a croissant, toasted bread, jams and marmalade, while you ponder your choice of the following:

• Homemade Granola - A mixed fruit and nut granola with natural yoghurt fruit coulis & fresh berries
• Fruit Salad - Strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, melon, blueberries, & passion fruit with fruit coulis & honey on the side
• ‘The Stags’ Maple Cured Salmon & Coconut Pancake - With an apple & celeriac purée

• Beetroot Feta & Asparagus Salad - Beetroot carpaccio and roasted asparagus topped with feta cheese, candied walnuts & Crispy Mint leaves from the garden
• Prosciutto Ham, Honey Dew Melon & Burrata Cheese - Drizzled with a balsamic glaze & pomegranate molasses

• Classic Eggs Benedict - The classic compensation of Honey roasted ham Poached eggs & toasted breakfast muffin topped with & hollandaise sauce 
• Smashed Avocado & Poached Eggs - Gently spiced smashed avocado on toasted sourdough topped with 2 soft poached eggs & pesto sauce
• Classic French Toast - Two slices of sourdough bread soaked in an egg batter then gently fried and served with fresh berries then dusted with icing sugar
• Eggs Royale - ‘The Stags’ maple cured salmon, Poached eggs, Toasted breakfast muffin & hollandaise sauce
• Eggs Florentine - Buttered wilted spinach, Poached eggs, toasted breakfast muffin & hollandaise sauce
