Highlights
Bushy Park is a great location for wildlife spotting. And this is a prime time now with the fledged Little Owlets now old enough to start hunting for food by themselves.
And the location has a lot to offer - along with the resident deer there is a real array of other birdlife also. From the friendly Kestrels that put on display, to both Green and Great spotted woodpeckers, to Skylark who nest in the long grasses, and Nuthatches and Treecreepers through the trees and many more.
An early morning slot to catch the owls!
We will meet at Bushy Park in the car park of the Pheasantry Cafe (please note that this does not open until 9am inc. facilities).
Ticket price is for the experience meeting at the location, however there is an option to add on travel to / from the location from Goring (collection from outside Pierreponts Cafe).
The nearest train station to our meeting point is Teddington. There is also ample parking and a suggested donation of £3.
Please allow up to 3-3.5 hours on site (circa 1.25 hours journey from Goring and back). A great morning out!
