Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded and your ticket is only valid for the session that you have purchased and cannot be used for any other session. If you wish to amend your booking, tickets are amendable up to 7 days before your original ticket date. Please log onto your booking account on your ticket. We must keep control of the number of people on the farm at any time so you will need a ticket for every member of your group with absolutely no exceptions.
