Highlights

Discover the countryside that captured a Queen’s heart.
It’s easy to see why the Royal family choose this part of Scotland for their holidays. If you want to experience Scotland’s sublime countryside this tour will give you plenty of jaw dropping vistas to soak up.

Into the heart of the Highlands
Journey up through the stunning Vale of Glenshee and spot wildlife from the comfort of your black cab including red deer and golden eagles.

The first stop of the day is Queen’s View, overlooking Loch Tummel in Perthshire. The spectacular view is said to be named after Queen Victoria. Get your camera out and start snapping in one of the most photographed areas in Scotland.

Edradour distillery is world-renowned as the smallest traditionary distillery in Scotland. Pop in, see whisky being made first-hand and taste a wee dram.

Braemar and Royal Deeside
Stop in Braemar for lunch at the award-winning Fife Arms. After lunch, head to Balmoral Castle estate and take in the stunning scenery from the comfort of the cab.

Queen Victoria was so struck by her first impression of the Highlands that she returned time and time again.

To this day Balmoral Castle is the summer home of the Royals. Discover why – when this stunning area captures a piece of your heart.

Royal Lochnagar distillery, Crathie
Sample one of Scotland’s most exclusive whiskies.

Drive south through the Highlands on the way to Pitlochry, a scenic town in the heart of Scotland where you can rest and enjoy the fresh air, hospitality, and have a coffee.

Then it’s time to return home.
Keen photographers will enjoy capturing the stunning scenes on our Balmoral tour, but the most rewarding part is seeing it for yourself.

Relax as your kilted guide brings you safely back to your doorstep. Tuck into the snacks provided, share highlights with your fellow travelers, or just reflect on a day well spent.
