A variety of the rooms used by the family during their day-to-day lives are open to the public; curated by volunteer guides Deene Park has a mixture of furnishings and family possessions full of sentimental value collected over many years. The unique blend provides the visitor with an impressive yet intimate ambiance; a family home spanning the lifetime of many generations. Visitors can explore the house on a self-guided free-flow tour with volunteer room guides on hand to explain the history of the house and the Brudenell family.
Ticket Information
Tickets are available to purchase online until 24 hours prior to opening. Once the online ticket portal closes, tickets can be purchased in person from 1 pm at the admissions tent.
All ticket holders can access the garden from 1 pm. The house is open from 2 pm, with last admission is 3:45 pm. The house & garden close promptly at 5 pm.
Please note - on busy days there may be a wait to enter the house. The first couple of rooms are small so we stagger entry to ensure visitors are comfortable, and that we are adhering to our health & safety and fire policies.
Historic House Members: Historic House members do not need to pre-book a ticket. Membership details will be taken by a member of staff at our admissions point - please remember to bring your membership details with you. An admission fee will be applicable should members turn up without valid membership details.
RHS Members: Free garden access for individual RHS members. For joint memberships, free garden access applies to one cardholder per policy. An upgrade to visit the House can be purchased on the day.
