Recommendation:

We recommend adding a "Book Now" button to your menu, and linking to your booking portal so customers can always have an easy place to book with you. Regardless of whether you have the ability to book within product pages on your website.

2) Add a Booking Form to your website

Adding a booking form is as easy as adding a YouTube video to your website. Once you've uploaded experiences, head to the integrations part of your dashboard and generate a code you can add to your website. It enables checkout within your website for a seamless experience and you maintain your branding.

Pros:

Cons:

  • Less optimal user experience for mobile users than the Booking Portal and the Booking Widget

Recommendation:

If you cannot use the booking widget due to being on a free Wordpress.com website, Wix free site, or Google Sites, then the booking form provides a simple and professional looking way to take bookings on your website, without customers having to leave.

3) Add a Booking Widget to your website

The Booking Widget is the premium booking system, optimised for being visible and being used on mobile and tablet, your customers will find it easy to see your offering with and easy to find where to book with you with a floating "Book Now" now button.

Pros:

  • Great user experience for all users
  • Highly visible on your website
  • Optimised for sales conversion

Cons:

  • Doesn't work with free websites such as Google Sites, Wix Free or Wordpress.com (as they restrict adding widgets to your website other than iFrames - which is why we recommend the Booking Form).

Recommendation:

If you can, use a combination of the Booking Widget for a floating "Book Now" button across your website and a link to the Booking Portal from your menu - setting up your website to be a selling machine.
