Itinerary
Cairngorm Plateau, via Lurchers Crag
From the Cas car park at the ski centre, we head for the well marked trails taking us long the Northern Corries, a glaciated fault that has left the rocks exposed for us to marvel at. We then make the ascent up towards Lurchers crag before heading for a round of the corries. Once we have gained some height, the views down into Loch Avon are truly breathtaking. With this as our back drop for the next hour, we enjoy the beautiful flowers and animals that make this the unique area that is the Cairngorms Massif.
