Coastal SUP Tours

Two-hour coastal tours // min. recommended age 12 SUP touring is similar to cross-country skiing in that it can take you anywhere, effortlessly. However, unlike terrestrial exploration, every day on the water is completely different. 

 Right from our base at The Headland we have excellent SUP touring around the 'Gazzle' area, and if that's too rough, the paradisaical River Gannel is not far away. There is great pleasure in learning how to paddle in the natural elements of wind and tidal flow, discovering how to 'read' the conditions, and planing your route accordingly. 

 Learn how to paddle across flowing water and in various wind directions, how to navigate obstacles, understand what 'tick off' and 'collecting' features are, and how to set up a shore contact. ​

 Pack a drybag, activate GPS, check safety equipment and find your own adventure. ​
