If you’re planning a specific trip or adventure, from cycling the world or racing across continents to experiencing your first overnighter in the woods; we run personalised one day workshops that draw on our own extensive experience of bikepacking, global cycle touring and self-supported racing in which we provide our help, advice and guidance for anything from bikes & kit to visas & border crossings, route planning to nutrition or sleep systems to stretching programs…

Itinerary
We’ll spend a full day at our Adventure Pedlars base, looking at:
Bike - choices, set-up, maintenance, trailside repair (bring your own or try out one of ours)
Kit - what to take, different options, try out our Alpkit hire kit
Routes - planning, navigation, devices, inspiration
Body - keeping healthy, nutrition, injury prevention, includes a personalised physio-led stretching program to take away
Skills - Head out on a short, guided ride from our base in the beautiful Hope Valley with the opportunity to look at riding skills (off-road or on).
Extend your adventure! - You’ll then have the opportunity to head out on a longer, self-guided ride to test out all you’ve learned and put it into practice. Bike, luggage and equipment hire is available.

🧤 Warm Clothing - Clothes for riding in (if you're staying out overnight make sure you bring a separate set for the evening)

🍴 Food - Bring food for lunch. Alternatively there's loads of great options for eating out in Hathersage.
🥤 Drink
⛺ Camping Equipment - If you want to go through any of your existing kit, bring it along.
