Eco Farm Yoga and Wild Swimming Retreats in the New Forest

  • Location Lymington
  • Price from £399.00

Highlights

Perfect for when you just need to see the animals and hear the sheep, as you fall asleep. This retreat has been running in this venue for the last 7 years and has been a sell out every year due to its perfect mix of rustic style and gourgous attention to detail.

Feel Good Ethics
I have the same conscious commitment to be as eco, ethical, and socially aware as possible, because a retreat for you should make the world a better place for everyone! And at this venue it is no different, we are using solar and ground source heating, not to mention growing the most wonderful organic food on site. By using the local produce in all the meals, giving to offset your travel to and from the retreats, using only ethical eco products during the retreats (where covid allows), we are able to truly make a difference.

About The Farm
Every room is stunning, from the loving roll top baths, to the viewing window to the chicks below. The farm has it all, with chances to chase lambs in spring to the autumn harvest straight to your plate. The yoga is just the icing on the cake, adding the movement and soul nurturing to this perfect retreat. Set only a few minutes outside a truly blessed hamlet with two fabulous gastro pubs and a community shop for anything you might have forgotten. It gets better by also being just moments walk out the forest.

Inclusions
Accommodation - Luxury
Each of these barns sleep 8, with a double room, a twin/double, and 4 beds that have been designed with playfulness in mind. The attention to detail is perhaps best illustrated by the shutters; handmade by Kate’s mum Ann, they fit beautifully, look good and work well. Bedside tables are blocks of Douglas Fir from the New Forest, more usually used for propping up yachts in the local boat yards. Bathroom mirrors are actually recycled crittle windows from the wartime airfield on Beaulieu Heath. Their sills were part of an old sunken barge which I found emerging from the (receding) Solent mudflat.
