Covid-19 has been challenging to us all, personally and for many financially. We have amended our terms and conditions hoping to add an increased level of flexibility and peace of mind to our guests. and we will transfer any holiday booking to another date (free of charge) should the following fall applicable to the arrival date of any holiday: • Closure of the border between France or Croatia and your country of residence. • A lockdown (national or local) prevents you from legally travelling to France or Croatia. • French, Croatian or local restrictions prevent Mountain Action Holidays Ltd from delivering our contracted services. In such circumstances we would transfer all deposit and balance payments to another holiday date within 18 months of the scheduled arrival in Chamonix or Omis (nett of any charges that may be applied to Mountain Action Holidays Ltd) Please note that we will not offer a new holiday date as a result of anyone in your group becoming infected by Covid-19 within 2 weeks of your arrival or if anyone has to self-isolate as a result of being a close contact to someone infected with Covid-19.
