Highlights
Kayaking is an interesting, adventurous and relaxing way to spend your spare time on the ocean. Coastlines up and down the country hold epic history and intense stories that just aren’t accessible from dry land. If you’d like to experience such an adventure, booking a kayak lesson and tour with Newquay Activity Centre is a fantastic place to start.
The Gazzle’s deep caves were once used by pirates and smugglers which means they are now steeped in a rich history, as well as playing host to native wildlife of all shapes and sizes. Inquisitive seals may even pop their heads up to say hello as you paddle past!
You will be kitted up with a Rip Curl wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and paddle at our HQ. After this, your expert kayak instructor will lead you in the basics of paddle strokes, kit familiarity, water safety and signals - finishing with a short warm-up before heading down to the water. From here the safari will move at the group’s pace stopping at areas of interest for discussions, to answer any questions and to play games!

Cancellations
Custom Policy
Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made in writing and will only be accepted from the date they are received by Newquay Activity Centre.
Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
● 4 weeks or more from Experience start date = full refund
● 2-4 weeks before Experience start date = 50% refund
● Less than 2 weeks to Experience start date = no refund
● If the booking is changed more than 21 days prior to the Experience, Newquay Activity Centre will make every effort to change the requested booking. Less than 21 days prior to the start, no changes can be made
