Highlights
Our intro to ice climbing course is designed to help people take the next step to becoming competent on ice; focusing on efficient movement and technique, specific equipment for ice climbing with how we select it and how to use it. We will cover these aspects while on some easier ice climbs. Some previous winter walking plus some mountaineering/rock climbing experience is essential for this course.

Day 1
We will meet and chat through people's aspirations for the next few days, we will then head out to our first climb, possibly Green gully concentrating on footwork, movement & rope work.Day 2
Today we get on another climb and have a look at different anchor setups, stance management and retreating if need be, Combe Gully potentially for today on the Ben.
