Your guide will choose the best climbs based on your experience and the conditions on the day.

Day 1
We meet and chat through the week ahead, and what people want to get from the five days. We then look at the weather forecast and chat through options. On the rock, we concentrate on solid core skills, tying in, belaying, handling traditional climbing equipment, movement and how to retreat if needed throughout the course.
Day 2
This is what you have come for - climbing some of the best easy climbs in the west coast of Scotland. As always the objectives and the training areas will be weather and conditions dependent. The training focus will be on improving your core skills in the rock climbing mountaineering environment. There will be a growing emphasis on your own ability to make decisions, whether it be about packing your bag, tying into anchors, where to stand on belays. Overall, you should expect to feel more confident and competent about mountain multi-pitch climbing and leave the course with more valuable experience under your belt.
