Groups of 1 - 3 must give 14 days notice for a full refund. 

Groups of 4 or more must give 30 days notice for a full refund. 

If less than the notice period above but not less than 7 days then a 50% refund applies. If less than 7 days then there is no refund. 

 You must notify us by email, not phone or voicemail of an intention to cancel.
