About Cotswold Alpacas

We offer alpaca walks and tailored alpaca experiences with our lovely walking herd. Set in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, the walks are fantastic for couples, friends and families to have a great outdoor experience and get to know about everything alpaca. We can also offer drop spindle workshops alongside walks to learn how to spin yarn from alpaca fleece. Spinning wheel workshops, hand dyeing workshops and alpaca husbandry courses are also available. We can also host Hen-do’s, childrens parties and special celebrations. Booking is required for all activities. James and Bridget have lived at Korinn Farm since 2013, the farm is off grid and solar powered. The farm has not just been a project about alpacas; it is about living in a more sustainable way. It was important for them from the beginning that any works or building done on the farm worked in a green way. Their focus is to live lightly on the land and alpacas fit this criteria perfectly being naturally light footed and energy efficient producers of sustainable fibre.

Booking Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling - Please be aware that we operate a seven day cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you do not contact us before seven days we will be unable to move your experience. If you cannot reach us by phone (07989441312) please email us at bridget@cotswoldalpacas.co.uk as soon as possible. For cancellations inside of this window a voucher will be issued and no refunds will be given. We must uphold this policy under all circumstances.

You will receive email confirmation of your booking once on-line payment has been made. You are always welcome to email us at bridget@cotswoldalpacas.co.uk should you be unsure of any details.

Lateness - For all experiences we run a strict policy with regards to latecomers. You MUST be already parked and at our gate for your experience start time. Please do not arrive early and expect to be let in as we are often busy with other guests and jobs.

“No Shows” - Failure to cancel bookings which result in a “no show” will mean the booking is lost and no refund or voucher will be given.

Pre-existing medical conditions - Our staff are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake an experience. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to the experience. If you are under any doubt, please consult a doctor beforehand. However, we reserve the right to refuse you participation of the experience if we feel it is a risk to your own safety or we feel you will not be able to keep up with the group. If you are a carer or you are bringing someone who you feel needs special allowances made for them please contact us before booking as we will assess each situation on person to person basis.

We reserve the right to cancel or move your booking if we feel it is unsafe for our animals and humans to go out in severe weather e.g. storms, extreme heat, heavy snow. We still go out in the rain and this is not a valid reason to cancel.

We can not refund vouchers.

Alpacas as with all animals can be unpredictable and although well handled, need to be treated with respect.
Parents/carers are responsible for the safe supervision of any children you bring at all times whilst on site and out on the local lanes.
Under 16’s need to be accompanied by an adult for their group.

Private or larger groups can be accommodated with prior arrangement. Being herd animals, alpacas will not walk alone, therefore at least two alpacas need to be booked per experience unless you join with another group.
