About Tours of Ghent

We offer a variety of tours and activities in Ghent that range from food related to sporty tours, activities for hen parties and stag dos. and corporate events. We pride ourselves that we work with and support independent vendors and promote local, small businesses.

Booking Policy

BEFORE BOOKING
  • Bookings shall be made latest between 48 and 12 hours in advance.
  • If you are a group of 10 or more, please get in touch through our contact form. 
  • All tours are given in English.  
  • Other languages such as French, Dutch, Swedish and German can be provided upon request and availability of the guides. Please note that with the exception of Dutch, the guides are non-native speakers of these languages.  For special language or other requirements, a private tour shall be booked. 


BEFORE TOUR START
Please get in touch when you are running late:: +44 7783 152151 or +32 456 303691

  • If other guests are participating, we will wait for 5 minutes. After this time, you can give us a call to see where the guide is. There is no refund for missed opportunities (food and chocolate tours).
  • If no other guests are participating, we will wait 15 minutes. After this, the tour will automatically be a "no show" and no refund will be given. 
  • If no guests are participating and you are running between 5 and 15 mins late, you will miss the last tasters of the tour as we finish on time. No refund will be given for missed tastings

For Tours up to 10 people
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour start: No Refund
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 5 days before the tour start: 50% Refund
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour start: 80% Refund


For Tours between 10-15 people
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour start: No Refund 
  • Cancellations made between 21 and 11 days before the tour start: 50% Refund
  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the tour start: 80% Refund
