Equine Therapy

A full day of equine therapy with lunch provided. This can either be booked as a 121 experience or as part of a group. Both types are extremely valuable in their own way. 

This experience is a deep dive into the psyche and the shadow. We use horses as our mirrors to show us the parts of us that control us and bring them into the light. Using meditation, shadow work and simple, intentional, mirroring techniques we can make profound emotional shifts and lasting changes to the psychological patterns that are holding us back. 

Horses are very present and do not hold any social or mental agenda. This provides a simple structure and container within which we can connect and become vulnerable in a safe environment. In becoming vulnerable we can create enough unconscious opening to pour the love in and change internal messages.
