Welcome to Alex’s Kitchen our festival pop-up restaurant returns with the multi award-winning chef Alex Aitken’s name above the door. 
The festival menu has been curated in partnership with New Forest based Meadowbrook Produce who have a passion for sourcing, growing, curing and producing the finest seasonal produce from land and sea. With year’s of expertise, the team at Meadowbrook only work with the best local farms, fishermen and producers which will be brought to life across the festival weekend. 
With decades of catering expertise, Alex Aitken and the team at Meadowbrook will combine classic cooking techniques with the theatre of a giant American BBQ and smoker. In addition to the delicious menu, there will be a ‘catch of the day’ fresh seafood counter, perfect for those who love a shared dining experience with whole brill, turbot or whatever arrives on the boat that morning. Diners will also enjoy a selection of fine wines, craft gins, artisan rums, cocktails and award-winning English sparkling wine from Hattingley Valley. Alex’s Kitchen is the perfect place for spot of refinement, so why not spoil yourselves with first class service whilst soaking in the festival entertainment.

• To reserve your table we will be taking a £10 deposit per head which will be deducted from your bill at the event.
• Please remember you still need a ticket to the festival as well.
• Tables are for an hour and a half, if we can accomodate your booking for longer we will.
• We also have a bar area where you can enjoy drinks after your meal
• 2 weeks before the event we will contact the person who’s booked the table to ask if anyone wants to pre-order lobster.
• Vegetarian or vegan options are available by request.
• Well behaved dogs on the lead very welcome in the restaurant
