The foraging walk will be a two-hour walk around different habitats around Dalkeith Country Park. Foraging walk with wild cooking and fermenting session. Come for a guided foray to one of the East Lothian’s hidden gems. Join wild food expert and ecologist Szymon Szyszczakiewicz for a memorable foraging experience. Learn how to successfully locate, safely identify and sustainably harvest wild spring ingredients. Embrace the art of lacto fermentation and learn how to cook your fermented wild plants. Enjoy an outdoor cooking experience with foraged ingredients at the end of the course. ”
