Held in our beautiful 17th century gallery, you will be given a little talk about the farm, businesses and their history and a look at the still. This will be followed by a tasting of a few cheeses from Caws Teifi and our 4 main gins and rum. 
Tastings are booking only and run Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). They last for roughly three quarters of an hour and there is the chance afterwards to visit our farm shop where you can try any of our other products. £15 per person. Minimum 2 people per booking
