Biography:
Lucy Strange is an award-winning children’s author who lives in the heart of the Kent countryside with her partner and their young son. Her books capture elements of classic children’s literature in a style that is engaging and accessible for today’s younger readers. Often inspired by the gothic genre, folklore and fairy tales, Lucy combines British landscapes and historical settings with touches of the supernatural, creating utterly convincing worlds in which anything might happen. Right now, Lucy is probably sitting in her writing shed at the bottom of her garden, gazing out over the misty meadows of the Kent countryside, dreaming up her next fantastical tale.
